By golly, where has this year gone!
Here we are at the end of February and I feel like I just celebrated the New Year. I suppose I should get on with my current obsession this month because it’ll be spring before we know it.
Not All Products Are Created Equally
It’s the first of December! Thanksgiving is over and Christmas is around the corner, but before I go into full leftover turkey coma, I figure I should share my November favorites.
It’s beginning to feel a bit more like autumn, meaning thanksgiving is practically around the corner and holiday will be here before we know it. So, what better way to get into the holiday spirit than with some chocolate of course!
A few months back, they opened a David’s Tea nearby and I decided to give it the ol’ look around– and I was not disappointed.
Firstly, the modern sleek design of their brick and mortar store was extremely inviting. So much so that from the moment I spotted it from a block away, I was overwhelmingly giddy and practically skipping to the front door. Secondly, their tea is pretty darn amazing. Just saying.

I like good food, and on occasion I like to prepare it.
This is a vegetarian cookbook and I’m not vegetarian, but with that said, sometimes there comes a cookbook that can change the way you cook and this cookbook does just that.
I honestly believe that cosmetics should enhance ones face, not camouflage it. I am no stranger to the dreaded pimple and have been plagued with hyper-pigmentation for decades, but I still think skin should look like skin and the NUDESTIX concealer pencil does just that.

You would think since I have a degree in Merchandise Marketing that I wouldn’t be susceptible to advertising, but in actuality.. I’m helpless against quirky illustrations, a sucker for catchy tag lines and vulnerable against good typography. I’m Don Draper’s ideal customer.
